Accusation: Defamation of character

Seriously?
So, since JP Worley has refused to attend any jobs, or make any attempt at being a part of his daughters life, I decided - if he cant be a part of her life physically, then he is going to pay financially.
The problem is, JP doesn't like to be told he is wrong. Why? Because Mommy & Daddy always cover his ass, and he is pretty good at finding Girlfriends who will do the same thing. Trust me, I know from personal experience!

So, because he was skipping out on court dates, jobs, and everything else, I decided to utilize Social Media to track him down and try to get some results. So, I use Twitter, because that is the only way to get a hold of him.

His crack pot idea - "My layer said you better stop tweeting about me or I can get you for Defamation of Character. Are you freaking serious? If your lawyer even thinks he has a case, he must not be a real lawyer. IF he was a real lawyer - he would know that Defamation of Character is when you FALSELY accuse someone of doing something to make them look bad or ruin their reputation.

The definition is as follows -

Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.

YOU REALLY HAVE SKIPPED OUT ON JOBS WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING UP ONCE

YOU REALLY DO NOT WANT TO BE A PART OF YOUR DAUGHTERS LIFE
YOU REALLY DID GO IN FRONT OF A JUDGE WHO LAUGHED AT YOU AND CALLED YOU A HORRIBLE FATHER
YOU REALLY ARE.... A LOOSER

I don't know what exactly you think is going to happen, but let me explain how this goes down.

Eventually, you WILL have to get a job, and the state can take UP TO HALF of your wages. Eventually you will NOT be able to live off Mommy & Daddy anymore. Sooner or later, this WILL catch up with you.

Did you know if you try to get retirement, or a pension that Child support will still take money from you even if Kathleen is 40 years old?

Did you know that the longer you wait, the more you have to pay?

Did you know that?

the child support doesn't stop when she is 18 - as a matter of fact, while she is in collage, you can still be ordered to pay child support. And trust me, she wont be getting thrown out like you did.

You may not have been taught the reality of responsibility, but your daughter will be your lesson. You may not be a part of her life, but she will always, and forever, very much, be a part of yours.

Take a tip- pay the child support, get it over with. And open your damn eyes.
You have no idea how much you are missing out on with this amazing, beautiful, little girl.

I am so proud to call her my daughter, and I am so ashamed to call you her sperm donor.
